1. Project overview

The project is a new school. The construction content of the school includes the new six storey teaching complex building and the storm playground. The building area is 14500 square meters, including 13250 square meters of teaching and 1800 square meters of basement area. After the school is completed, nearly 1600 public primary schools will be offered in 32 classes. The network construction of this project is designed by all-optical network scheme.

2. Introduction of all optical network scheme

The campus network is based on three-layer point to multipoint star topology, Gigabit access, and 10 megabyte backbone; Optical network terminal enters the room, and is deployed according to one classroom or function room and one terminal mode. All business systems of the school are centralized in the data center room for unified management, with advanced technical scheme, meeting the application of intelligent campus, and ensuring that it is not backward for 5 years.

The core and access equipment are active design, the convergence layer is Passive Optical Network design, the core layer uses OLT, the access layer uses the optical network terminal ONU, and the convergence layer uses passive ODN devices to network;

The function intensive areas such as classroom, computer room, future classroom and library directly enter the classroom with Optical Fiber, and the 24 port large-scale optical network terminal of Poe covers the access requirements of campus network, electronic class card, projection equipment, e-education equipment, video monitoring, teaching broadcast, wireless coverage and video broadcasting system, It can meet the requirements of the educational authority for the access of information points in the classroom;

The general functional room is medium intensive, and optical fiber is used to directly enter the functional classroom, and the 8 port medium-sized optical network terminal of Poe covers office, telephone, wireless coverage, access control, PC and campus broadcast access requirements;

The outdoor areas such as corridor, stairs, playground and campus perimeter are low-density areas. Optical fiber to wall mounted cabinet or weak current room cabinet is adopted to support 24 port large-scale optical network terminal of Poe covering video monitoring, wireless AP coverage and campus broadcast access;

The campus teaching, office, video monitoring and other business systems are carried in the campus optical network, and all the business systems are centralized in the school data center computer room management;

Security system includes camera, access control and gate control, which are isolated in optical network, and the control and management system is set in campus security center;

The network can be managed and controlled, and different exit firewalls are configured for primary and secondary schools;

Single mode fiber is used in the convergence layer, and butterfly type reinforced cable is used for indoor fiber.
